It’s been a year of empowerment, inspiration, and invaluable insights from the wise words of successful female leaders in so many different fields. Throughout the year, 'She Succeeds' has been a beacon of empowerment, a source of wisdom, and a platform that celebrates the triumphs, struggles, and stories of extraordinary women. As we wrap up 2023, it's clear that this podcast has not just succeeded—it has resonated deeply, influencing, inspiring, and connecting audiences across the globe. Here's to a year of elevating voices, sharing wisdom, and embracing success—because when women succeed, everyone does.

Going into 2024, She Succeeds will continue to focus on empowering diverse voices, and aiming to reach diverse listening. Additionally, we are looking to host more guests on the podcast! Please fill out the form at the very bottom of the site to share someone Meredith should interview.

After a quick break from posting, Meredith Vorndran, She Succeeds' host and producer is back to adding episodes every week! It's been about a year since we've released an episode, but it hasn't stopped the host from embodying the values that our She Succeeds' speakers have educated us about.

In season 1, Meena Krishnan, Jill Nelson, and Anthea Stratigos all stressed the importance of perseverance and resilience when starting a business or even aiming to make an impact in the business world. If any of them were to quit after taking a break or give up on themselves, they wouldn't have been able to succeed. That's exactly why Meredith is inspired to release many of her already recorded interviews in the coming months.

After a year, Meredith has learned so much that will change how the podcast is produced going forward. In addition to what the speakers on She Succeeds emphasized about how the definition of success can change constantly, many people Meredith has met have taught her that success can differ for everyone. Although society's definition of success often includes a fancy title in the corporate world and an income with many zero's at the end, success often comes from finding happiness by helping people. In each episode, the purpose behind why these successful women do what they do is explored, and in almost all of the episodes, this purpose is helping individuals in their community.
